‘The Ultimate Knowledge’ (TUK) [hereinafter "TUK" or "Company"] is engaged in various educational processes involving students and educational institutes.

TUK has adopted the following Privacy Policy for information that may be collected from its application/portal/website -tukworld.com/tukpublications.com/tukassessment.com/tukiat.com [hereinafter “website/portal”]. This privacy policy states what kind of information is collected from its users by TUK and the manner in which it is intended to be used. This Policy also states how the information is protected by TUK.

Collection of information on our site and our services or application used by a user is generally categorized into two groups: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. The Application may request your permission for collecting location information and/or to access multimedia (photos or videos) stored on the device you are using. If you do not wish to share your location data with TUK, please respond accordingly when it is prompted on your mobile phone or tablet or you may visit your mobile device’s Settings. Multimedia from your device may only be collected if you select it to upload to the site or application (i.e. you choose a video or image to upload on our website or application).

Information collected when subscribing: To register for any of the subscription types, any person who wishes to enroll himself/herself with any of the portals functioning under ‘THE ULTIMATE KNOWLEDGE’ (TUK) umbrella, has to provide us with their name, phone number(s), email address, billing and other necessary information. This contact information is used to send service-related announcements to the users whenever it is necessary or is advisable to do so. For example, if we are performing a routine maintenance, necessary email & SMS (if possible) might be sent by us. In case of any promotional activity, email, SMS, letters etc. may be sent to the subscribers.

Username and password: TUK will create and assign usernames and passwords for the users at the time of registration process. TUK may consider the option of allowing subscribers to create their own credentials as well. TUK uses usernames and passwords of the users’ or subscribers’ accounts to authenticate logins, post which access to the paid content is allowed. The username of the subscriber is also used to authenticate/verify the subscriber or user when requesting technical and general support. The passwords of the users are all encrypted when stored.

Does TUK use cookies?

Yes we do. Cookies are usually small text files that are transferred to your device’s hard drive by a site or its service provider.
